I no doubt had a five star review experience at OPPT. Today was my last session with Kristen after 6 weeks, and I'm honestly a little sad. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable and helped me quickly get through my rehab, but she's a joy to be around and made my therapy experience actually fun. The rest of the staff is great too - always a comfortable and friendly feel to the place. This part of the review is for any guys looking for Pelvic Floor Therapy after prostate surgery, which is what I was doing about 8 weeks ago. Don't be afraid of going to a female therapist. Kristen is great and made me feel totally comfortable about an awkward subject. It helps that she is an expert on the subject!

OPPT was my first experience with physical therapy. I went to my first visit not knowing what to expect. The facility was clean, well organized and provided for private consultation with each Physical Therapist. My Therapist was Kristen. She was extremely knowledgeable and we discussed my goals, the order in how we would accomplish them and she provided a therapy plan to reach my goals. Her encouragement and enthusiasm each week were key to my ability to follow our plan with success. Thankful to know this care is available in Lakeland! Thank you Kristen:)

I've been doing pelvic floor therapy for a couple of months here now. The entire staff is friendly and makes you feel welcome and comfortable. My physical therapist Unique is amazing. She's extremely patient and understanding and talks you through everything. In just a few sessions my pain has started improving already. I highly recommend OPPT.

I had a wonderful experience with Optimal Performance & Physical Therapies. Being a new patient, I had no idea what to expect walking in. I couldn't be happier with my visit! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. I saw Kristen for pelvic floor issues. I feel as if I got more information in my first visit with her than I have with at least 3 different doctors from various other clinics. This is the first time I've felt hopeful about treating my IC (interstitial cystitis) & pelvic floor in years. I walked out with an actual plan to try and get my issues fixed. It was refreshing to speak with a professional who actually cared for a change. I definitely recommend both Kristen and OPPT! I'm actually excited for my next appointment.

It was my first time ever doing any kind of physical therapy, and after breaking and having surgery on my ankle, I really was a little worried about how much time and struggle it would take to get back to walking normally. The staff there were very welcoming, especially Heidi, who is always all smiles and cheer. My therapist Josh, was very patient and reassuring. He provides many different exercises to do so as to work on all aspects of my recovery, from balance to strength to flexibility. My progress moved along much quicker than I or others expected. When they felt I was recovered, they never tried to push more therapy sessions, which I very much appreciated. It was a great experience and I very much recommend OPPT!

They are fantastic!! All around a great experience. Front desk is extremely friendly and helpful. Therapists are very upbeat and positive. Very knowledgeable as well. This is our 3rd time doing physical therapy. We had went to another provider before switching to OPPT. We were referred here by surgeon so glad we made the change!! We worked with Taylor. She did such a great job!! My son’s recovery has went smoothly and he is doing great!!!

The receptionist Heidi is AMAZING. Nothing short of friendly & professional. Samantha, therapist is very personal whether in a room full of people or a one on one session. So PROFESSIONAL. Jordan the therapist for my injury is so friendly & knows what to do. He takes the time to listen to what Im going through. Kristen, I had her for one session when Jordan was sick. She's a friendly & professional as well. Never had the chance to work with Lauren because she took a leave if absence but she was always friendly as well. Although my entire body suffered trauma the entire team in S. Lkld were professional & no matter what I was going through I always had a great time going there 2 times a week . They are all family to me now & I love them all. The office is spotless as is the restrooms. The staff never made light if what I was going through. I recommend them to EVERYONE. I've been to other PT offices & have never been treated so good as I did there. I commend the entire staff & give them all a high 10 on every aspect. Excellent. Gonna miss them so much. & I could talk to any of them & when I walked in with a frown they turned that frown upside down, & had me laughing. ❤🙏❤🙏❤🙏❤🙏

Kara and Doug are incredible since going to PT they both have made me so much stronger in such a short time frame they are both awesome thank you so much for all you’ve done for me to heal up after my fractured femur surgery! God Bless you both are Angels and the receptionist is always so pleasant and nice about getting me scheduled for appointments! 🙂

Well, today was my third visit at OPPT. They are absolutely the best. I had therapy with Doug and with Kara so far. I am a retired Adjuster of bodily injury claims. I have been in Adjuster for 35 years. After I retired in 2019, I joined a firm and I do translation from Spanish to English. I had visited OPPT many times with patients. I have also visited many other therapy centers. But these people are the absolute best. They really care about you and your Ailments. Please give them a try. Sue

I can’t speak highly enough of OPPT Lakeland. I’ve worked with them for quite a few things over the years and I can say they are like family! Most recently, I had shoulder surgery and Kara helped me to get back my range of motion back. Kara pushed me in all the right ways to make sure I was my best self. I’m so thankful for their love, support, and care.
